Starlight Investments, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC, is an agent-only investment bank that provides merger & acquisition/corporate finance advice, facilitates private investments in public equities (PIPEs) and undertakes private placements of equity and debt for mid-stage, profitable private and public companies throughout the Americas. The firm does not trade stocks, produce research or conduct pure asset sales. Whereas most of the firm's clients have annual EBITDAs of at least $3.5 million, the companies showcased at its events tend to be much earlier-stage than this.
